I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Jeff’s for quite some time. As a business owner, I’ve noticed that often times the people with the best experiences don’t take the time to share with others (life is busy but sharing doesn’t take but a few minutes). So, I decided today’s the day that I let all of you know that Raleigh Spine Clinic is the best kept secret in the Triangle. Why? Their customer service is top notch! Casey is absolutely the best front office executive and her warm and inviting personality is a huge reason why I love this office. Dr. Jeff keeps the latest technology like the HydroMassage and some machine that can make custom orthotic insoles and sandals (one of the best investments I’ve ever made). Tabitha is very skilled in assisting with all levels of therapy and super friendly. You should know that Dr. Jeff looks like a bodybuilder in a white coat and I thought he would be the roughest chiropractor on Earth! I was nervous to have my 135 lb frame handled by such a muscular human being. But, to my surprise, he has the most gentle technique of any chiropractor I’ve previously seen!!! He uses years of experience to know exactly that your body needs. He customizes the experience for you! I love that! And finally, the hours are made for a working professional. I usually go at 6 pm. How many offices have hours that flexible with a doctor and staff willing to see you with as much enthusiasm and professionalism at 6 pm as they did at 9 am? It’s hands-down, the best office for chiropractic therapy. But, don’t take my word for it. Decide for yourself. Look at the other reviews! You will not be disappointed.

I am a professional basketball player who needed a lot of physical attention due to a surgery that I had and the rigors of a long career. After working with Jeff and Heidi, I started my season feeling like a new man. That is only about 20% of the reason why I give them an excellent review...They are much better people than they are Chiropractor and Physical Therapist. That is saying a lot because they both do exemplary work. I found their office to be very warm and welcoming. I honestly looked forward to coming and seeing them on the days of my appointments. I must admit I have never written a review but feel compelled after my experience. Dr. Roistacher and each of his staff members have been absolutely amazing. I came to the practice as a last resort trying to avoid surgery. After my first visit I left more optimistic than I had been in months. They have a genuine care and passion for what they do. All my And questions and concerns were addressed in the initial visit so that a plan of care that was right for me was established. With each visit the pain has lessened and I finally feel that I am on the right track. I cannot say enough positive things about this practice and the impact they are having on my overall wellbeing. The level of professionalism and compassion that they show to their patients is outstanding. I would highly recommend!

If you are reading this you may be doing what I did, search for a Chiropractor online and reading reviews. I’m new to the area and had to find a new Chiropractor. I’m telling you right now stop right here. You will not find a better Chiropractor. Dr. Roistacher and his staff are truly amazing people. Dr. Roistacher truly cares about your well-being and health. He uses and stays current with new and innovative techniques to assure you are getting the best care possible. Dr. Roistacher and his team are so friendly and kind they make you feel like family. The entire team is always positive and makes sure you know how important your well-being and health is to them. My wife and I both see Dr. Roistacher and because going there is such a positive experience we look forward to our visits. One of the positives for me specifically is my back feels great and the Exercise Rehab also motivated me to get back in shape and work out. I came to the clinic after unsuccessful attempts at another practice, and with my own primary care physician. Dr. Roistacher gave me a thorough consultation, and found the cause of my back pain. I have had back pain for over a year now, and within a couple months visiting the Raleigh Spine Clinic, I am finally getting back to a pain free back! Awesome experience! Dr. Jeff Roistacher and his staff made me feel like a patient not a number. Casey is extremely warm and friendly. She handled all my insurance billing and explaned what was covered. Kelly provided excellent service and made me feel comfortable. They even provided forms to fill out online to save time in the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Roistacher to anyone who wants to feel like a patient not a number. After being in pain for over a year, ( including numbing and tingling ) I finally decided to seek help. I searched google to find an office near me because we were new to the area. Raleigh Spine Clinic came up and they were able to get me right in. I feel blessed that google found them for me. Dr. Jeffrey is very attentive and generally shows compassion for my pain. I see him show this same attentiveness and calming demeanor toward all his patients. He even worked with me through treatment while I was in recovery from a hysterectomy. I feel like I have value and that they really care about my healing process. Dr. Jeffrey has walked me through every step of my process and his staff is top notch. I am in my 4th week of treatment with Dr. Jeff. I have had chronic neck pain for over a year, with no relief from my former chiropractor. Dr. Jeff took the time to explain what treatment I would get, how it would work, and why I needed it. He took time to listen to me and answer my questions. Everything he explained to me made sense. I started going to the Raleigh Spine Clinic after a car accident to help with the whiplash pain. The staff has been so wonderful from working with the insurance companies, to scheduling etc. I was able to see results quickly with Dr. Roistacher and am continuing with general chiropractic care now. Love this place and the entire team. I had so much back, neck and shoulder pain when I first started as a result of treatment following breast cancer. After meeting with Dr. Roistacher, I immediately felt at ease. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and why I was experiencing the issues I was.
